Battery & Charging Safety

This device contains an internal, non-user-replaceable 400 mAh (3.7V) polymer lithium battery. Failure to follow these guidelines may shorten battery lifespan or present a risk of fire, chemical burns, electrolyte leaks, property damage, and severe injury.

Do Not Alter or Puncture: Do not disassemble, modify, remanufacture, puncture, or mechanically damage the device or battery.
Do Not Force Open: Do not attempt to remove or force open the non-user-replaceable battery.
Heat Exposure: Do not expose the device or battery to fire, explosions, open flames, or extreme heat. Operating temperature range is -10°C to 50°C.
Charging Safety: Only charge using a DC 5V/1A charger via the Type-C interface. USB Power Delivery (USB PD) is NOT supported. Using non-compliant chargers poses a severe risk of short-circuiting, overheating, and fire.

IPX6 Rating: The myFirst CareSip has an IPX6 water resistance rating, meaning it is protected against high-pressure water stream jets from any angle.
Limitations: Do not submerge the device underwater, expose it to pressurized deep-water activities, or submerge the Type-C port while charging. Ensure the charging port is completely dry before connecting the USB Type-C cable.

The bottle features a fingerprint-activated lid that unlocks immediately when a registered finger taps the sensor. Any unregistered fingers or other individuals will be locked out, keeping the mouthpiece hygienic and exclusive to your child.
