GET MYFIRST CIRCLE APP
Install the myFirst Circle app from the iOS App Store or Google Play. Create both a parent and a child account to begin.
Step 2
ACTIVATE SIM CARD
Insert your Nano SIM card into the watch. Activate the cellular plan to enable calling, texts, and 4G data.
Step 3
PAIR THE WATCH
Turn on the watch and follow the in-app instructions to pair and register the device with your parent account.
Step 4
SAFE EXPLORATION
Your child can explore while you monitor their location, and communicate securely through the app.

How to activate myFirst FreeSIM?
- Visit the website: myfirst.tech/freesim
- Tap on the "Activate FreeSIM Now' button.
- Enter your email address to sign in.
- You will be prompted to sign in if you have an account and to create one if you do not have an account.
- Enter the IMEI manually or click Start to activate the barcode scanner. You can find the barcode and IMEI number on the box of your myFirst Fone R1C
- Wait for the IMEI to be verified.
- After verifying, you can see the plan to subscribe.

Can I use myFirst Fone R1s with my existing mobile plan?
Yes! myFirst Fone R1s supports a standard Nano SIM card. You can use it with your current family line or any carrier that provides 4G service. Just insert the SIM and you’re ready to call, message, and track.
