Battery & Charging Safety

This device contains an internal, non-user-replaceable 1300mAh (3.7V) polymer lithium battery. Failure to follow these guidelines may shorten battery lifespan or present a risk of fire, chemical burns, electrolyte leaks, property damage, and severe injury.

Do Not Alter or Puncture: Do not disassemble, modify, remanufacture, puncture, or mechanically damage the device or battery.
Do Not Force Open: Do not attempt to remove or force open the non-user-replaceable battery.

magiBox uses eco-friendly thermal printing technology. Instead of traditional ink cartridges or toners, it uses heat to activate specially coated thermal paper and sticker rolls, printing custom black-and-white images instantly in just 30 seconds.

Use a standard DC 5V/1A power adapter with the included Type-C cable. Do not use high-voltage fast chargers or USB Power Delivery (USB PD) wall adapters, as USB PD is not supported and using high-wattage chargers can risk overheating or damaging the battery. A full charge takes about 2 to 2.5 hours.

No, magiBox is not waterproof or water-resistant. Keep the device away from water, baths, sinks, and rain. Liquid entering the speaker, microphone, Type-C port, or thermal paper feed will permanently damage the internal electronics.

No. magiBox prints exclusively in black-and-white using ink-free thermal technology. However, kids can easily color in the printed thermal stickers and paper prints using markers, colored pencils, or crayons!

Simply slide the silicone sleeves off the magiBox and wipe them down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Ensure the sleeves are completely dry before sliding them back onto the device to prevent trapped moisture near the charging port or buttons.

Thermal paper images naturally fade over time when exposed to heat, UV light, or high humidity. To keep your favorite printed creations looking clear as long as possible, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
