The assistance feature allows you to send your location to the dedicated contact. This is a supplemental feature and should not be relied upon as a primary method to obtain emergency assistance. myFirst app does not contact emergency services on your behalf.
Mobile Network Subscription Warning
The device's mobile network connected features, such as assistance, live track, location updates and messaging, require that the device have an active mobile network subscription. The device must also be in an area with the appropriate coverage for these features to function, and ensure a stable and reliable connection to the mobile network provider.

Skin Irritation
Some users may experience skin irritation after prolonged and continuous use of the device, especially if the user has sensitive skin or allergies. Water Resistance
This device is resistant to sweat, water drips, and rain, and can withstand brief submersion in fresh water up to a depth of 1 meter. However, it is not suitable for prolonged submersion and should be removed before swimming or showering. The water resistance of the device is based on its current condition and may decrease over time.

Setup takes just a few simple steps.
Download myFirst Circle from the iOS App Store or Google Play. Create a parent account and a child account.
Insert your nano SIM and activate with your carrier. M2c: Visit myfirst.tech and activate your myFirst SIM subscription.
Turn on the M2 and follow the in-app instructions to bind it to your child's account. Once bound, it's theirs.
Set safe zones, approve contacts, and give them room to go. You'll know where they are. They'll get a little more freedom. Both true.

The watch carries an IP67 water resistance rating, which protects against everyday splashes, rain, and handwashing. It is not suitable for swimming, diving, or hot showers, as steam and water pressure can degrade the seals over time.
