The assistance feature allows you to send your location to the dedicated contact. This is a supplemental feature and should not be relied upon as a primary method to obtain emergency assistance. myFirst app does not contact emergency services on your behalf.
Mobile Network Subscription Warning
The device's mobile network connected features, such as assistance, live track, location updates and messaging, require that the device have an active mobile network subscription. The device must also be in an area with the appropriate coverage for these features to function, and ensure a stable and reliable connection to the mobile network provider.
Navigation Warning
Use this device only as a navigational aid. Do not attempt to use the device for any purpose requiring precise measurement of direction, distance, location or topography.

Skin Irritation
Some users may experience skin irritation after prolonged and continuous use of the device, especially if the user has sensitive skin or allergies. This device is resistant to sweat, water drips, and rain, and can withstand brief submersion in fresh water up to a depth of 1 meter. However, it is not suitable for prolonged submersion and should be removed before swimming or showering. The water resistance of the device is based on its current condition and may decrease over time.

Power on your myFirst Fone S4 and connect it to Wi-Fi or a hotspot. After a minute, restart the watch once it's connected to the internet.
Download the myFirst Circle app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store. Create a parent's and child's account to proceed to the next step.
Activate your watch and monthly service plan by scanning the QR code on the watch (swipe right to find it). Remember, you need a monthly service plan to activate and use myFirst Fone S4.
Your child can now use the watch, and parents can track the watch and set up parental controls.
Although the myFirst Fone S4 utilizes eSIM technology, this watch works best with myFirst eSIM for optimal performance and full feature compatibility. You can conveniently manage your child's connectivity and plan through the myFirst Circle app.
To keep your child safe, our smartwatch restricts access to third-party apps. This means WhatsApp and similar apps can't be downloaded on the myFirst Fone S4, preventing unknown contacts and spam. To maintain a secure environment, only pre-approved features within the myFirst Circle ecosystem are accessible.
myFirst Fone S4 is build to be the best, safest, smartest first device for kids. We recommend ages 5-12 as best fit for myFirst Fone S4.
The S4 has an IPX8 rating for water resistance which will keep it safe for up to 30 minutes submerged under 1.5 meters of water. However, swimming and long-term water exposure should be avoided.
The myFirst Fone S4 functionalities are performed via myFirst Circle app, which are available on the Apples' App Store (for iOS) & Google Play Store (for Android).
